I feel privileged to have enjoyed a diverse career to date, rich with experience from operations, sales,
recruitment and career coaching, all within travel and hospitality. My drive throughout life is derived
from people and helping to deliver positive outcomes. I began my career, fresh out of college as a sales
consultant for American Dream Holidays, a specialist tour operator tailoring holidays to the USA.
An experience that fueled my desire to travel to the USA, a country I love dearly. For 10 years I fully
immersed myself within the international cruise industry, working for Carnival Cruise Lines, based
out of many of America’s beautiful cities and ports, managing multi-cultural, operational and guest
service teams whom supported 3000 guests each cruise. It was a life changing and life enriching
experience that stays with me to this day.
Returning to the UK in 2001, my experience led me to work for both large corporate and independently
owned businesses across 5-star luxury hotels, Michelin star restaurants and hospitality recruitment in
London, before co-founding ‘Purple Eclipse’ in 2010, a specialist hospitality recruitment business, recruiting senior sales and marketing professionals. It was here I gravitated towards coaching.
My inquisitive mind and desire to provide dedicated support, saw me become the sounding board, the motivator and confidante. Such was my passion to coach, I invested time to achieve my Life Coaching accreditation in 2014 and went on to develop two divisions of Purple Eclipse. Career Development Coaching and Hospitality Resourcing. Within the coaching division I support professionals across all industries, in the UK and overseas and contract with companies and colleges to provide career development coaching and post redundancy coaching support.

My professional experience with every hotel, airline or restaurant around the world, has always been
the same, no matter how good your product is, its success is dependent upon the team employed.
They are the people that engage with your customers, they are your ambassadors!
I started my career at The Mayfair Hotel in London wanting to be a chef, but soon found my passion
was truly in sales. The interaction with clients and the ability to establish and understand their needs
and then fulfil them has always been where I gain the most fulfilment.
Having successfully worked for several international hotel groups both on property and regionally I was
keen to develop my own business. My drive and dedication led me to successfully establish a specialist
sales & marketing representation company, partnering with an array of clients from Convention Bureaus
and Tourist Boards, through to Luxury independent Hotels.
My passion and expertise in the field of hospitality along with the strong relationships I have forged over the years led me to join forces with Louisa, to compliment and continue the growth and development of the resourcing division of Purple Eclipse.
