Believe it or not, we all have a ‘reserve tank’ of potential that when accessed, really opens the door to greater levels of fulfilment and positive results in our personal and professional lives, but the question is not how do we access it, it’s what is stopping us from accessing it?

Lack of confidence

Fear of failure

Lack of self-belief

Fear of judgement

We all have internal mind-blocks (limiting thoughts) that left unaddressed will hinder us. There is no magic bullet that will instantly empower us. It takes time, commitment and consistency to remove or reduce such thoughts. Understand you have spent a lifetime so far, building and affirming them, so Its starts with you being honest with yourself.

Are you just settling, knowing you have more to give, more to offer, but looking beyond this means change, which makes you feel uncomfortable and uncertain because it means pushing yourself out of what you naturally feel ok with, giving way to doubt and focusing on the negative connotations of ‘what if?’ Tapping into your full potential, means knowing yourself, knowing who you are, what you stand for and most importantly, embracing your fears. I dare you to write them down, the fears and the thoughts that stop you from becoming more, doing more, performing more, living more. Be as specific as possible, say them out loud and ask yourself, where will each one lead me? Let me tell you, holding on to them will not serve you positively, they will instead become your reality.

In the words of British Philosopher Bertrand Russell “To conquer fear is the beginning of wisdom”

Testimonials

“I completed my university degree with a clear focus on the industry I wanted to work in and set about applying for post graduate positions. I achieved success with invitations for interview but I was not being offered the jobs! After 8 months I was ready to give up but my friend had seen Louisa’s career coaching services advertised locally and so I got in touch! Louisa’s help, guidance and honesty was great. She gave me encouragement, tips and challenged me through a mock interview! It worked because I have since been offered 2 job opportunities, one of which I have accepted.”
