Sharon has over 12 years experience as a sales and marketing specialist in the UK and international markets. With an impressive career to date her industry experience spans across the Travel, Hospitality, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical and FMCG markets.
After enjoying several successful years as an international sales and marketing specialist of events, for both leading tour operators and luxury hotels, Sharon was approached to head up the sales and marketing function for one of the most exclusive and luxurious catamaran companies. With her extensive experience, and flare for both sales and marketing, she was approached and joined one of the UK's leading international hospitality recruitment & executive search companies, where she was responsible for international search assignments and business relations within the Hospitality and Leisure markets.
Wanting to develop her career further Sharon grew her market experience and progressed to Sales and Marketing Manager for a leading international executive search company where she was responsible for the management and development of several divisions, and teams, covering sectors such as FMCG, Beauty and Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, Leisure, Travel and Hospitality. Successful to date Sharon has won awards such as ‘Recruiters Outstanding Performance’ and ‘Internationalist of the Year’.
With a very keen interest in people, and the behavior of people, Sharon has also studied psychology, body language, personal development coaching and executive corporate coaching and offers these skills with both her clients and candidates on a daily basis.
By taking the time to really understand both client and candidate requirements Sharon builds open, honest and successful partnerships that grow and develop into long-term trusting relationships.
