Programme duration

‘Empowered’ serves as a coaching programme to uniquely support you, your professional growth, your mindset, and your specific goals.  Based upon these factors, the coaching programme runs for a 12-week duration.

 

Coaching Session Frequency

‘Empowered’ runs with coaching sessions held fortnightly or monthly.

 

Coaching Review

Held upon completion of the programme, to review ongoing needs and direction.

 

Programme Support

Continuous support is available throughout the coaching programme via the Voxer app.

 

Unique Tasks & Exercises

Setting unique tasks/exercises throughout the programme is instrumental to your development and success.  The tasks set are bespoke and tailored to your needs and areas focused upon within each session.

 

Continued Check-in

Upon completion of a coaching programme, clients receive a 30-minute coach check-in call after 3 and 6 months.

 

One-Off Coaching Session

Ideal for those of you facing an imminent or pressing matter, that requires a one-off coaching session. This one-off session is 90-minutes in length.

 

Prices

Prices range from £350 through to £2,500. Payment plans are available to help you budget.
